Alongside her advisory work, Sara delivers a structured small-cohort engagement through F-Life — an eight-week evidence-based obesity and longevity intervention.
Working with cohorts of 10–12 participants, Sara guides you through a research-led journey integrating metabolic health, identity, movement, confidence, and purpose.
